Slow roasted Northumbrian lamb shank on a bed of savoy cabbage and wholegrain mustard mashed potato with a rich red wine and rosemary jus.

Breast of Cumbrian Chicken filled with camembert and thyme wrapped in prosciutto and drizzled with a dijon and parsley sauce.

Fillet of Monkfish with a sweet pesto and chilli dressing on a bed of rocket and a roasted cherry tomato mashed potato.

Baby Aubergine and Courgette baked in a rich tomato, garlic, basil and melted mozzarella sauce, served with a baby leaf spinach and roasted cherry tomato salad (v)
