Invite to coolest cocktails

A BOUTIQUE hotel in Newcastle has launched a Martini cocktail list for guests to enjoy in its cellar bar.

The greystreethotel is now serving an extensive choice of cocktails created by bar manager David Huskisson to make up an impressive Martini menu unavailable anywhere else in the city.

The menu also presents the hotel’s very own signature cocktail, the “nichini”, as greystreethotel is part of the nichehotels portfolio, which is a cool combination of bison grass vodka, apple juice and apple wedges.

David said: “We’ve created a really exciting list of Martini cocktails which will suit every taste. We’ve 21 different Martini options to choose from and they’ve already been going down a treat with the city crowd.”

The cellar bar is open to non-guests of the hotel.
